First Magical Moments Leaving....

The fist Magical Moments last preformances today ,
The Magical Moment Festival official lasts until the 4th march 2012 but there are some moment which have their last preformances today.

Today we say goodbye to Mickey's Magical Celebration , the Disney Dance Express , Meet The Disney Stars and the first float of the Once Upon A Dream Parade.

Dreams of Imagination , the first float of Disney's Once Upon A Dream Parade

Along with these Magical Moments also the Christmas season ends so Princess Aurore's Christmas Wish , the Tree Lightning Ceremony with Duffy , Dreams of Christmas and the Duffy Float and Duffy will loose his Christmas outifit.

No , Duffy won't meet guests naked so he will be meeting in his original outifit the Sailor Outfit.

Dreams : What it can be

Magical Moments are disappearing , so let's look at the main event of the 20th anniversary celebrations : Disney Dreams ! The official description is useless and because there are more rumours then there ever been about a show let's see what Dreams can be.

We know the company Disneyland Paris works with to create this nighttime spectacular , and we know what The Walt Disney Company is able to do . The company Aquatique Show International is very good in making water combined with the Disney difference that could end in something never seen before.

Now let's see what kind of techniques may be used in the show.
We know Disneyland Pars has used projections on the sleeping beauty castle , due they weren't perfect . But Disney has reached new and better ways to bring that kind of magic as you can see in shows like 'The Magic The Memories and You at the Magic Kingdom.

In the show we all know and love : Fantasmic! The use fountains and water curtains for projecting and giving magic a form . they finetuned this as we can see in World of Color . Now Disneyland Paris can use the knowledge about that. They can make Dreams an even better show then before.
We know Dreams will feature a water curtain of 18 meter which is quite small , and they goanna have a problem with the bridge leading to the castle if they don't figure something about that the curtain will be 2 times 9 meter which is really small.

Now the most rumoured thing is a new way to project called 3D mapping projection if you don't have any idea what that would be this video will help you . The 3D mapping is rumoured to give the main character more focus. The main character of dreams will be the shadow of Peter Pan which will take you trhough the timeless Disney (PIXAR) stories !

Now to see the projections and the lit-up water element it needs to be dark : at the normal opening hours in April , May and June it wouldn't be possible to see these amazing effects so DLP has introduced for these monhts the 20th anniversary extended opening hours wich can be enjoyed by all guests and the Extra Magical Hours will still exist so there be more time to enjoy the 20th Anniversary !

Disneyland Paris's first nighttime spectacularr promises to be an amazing show which take your Dreams and make them come true !

20th news : Tarzan

This isn't a rumor Tarzan , The Encounter is coming back to the Chaperal Theatre for the 20th Anniversary . You can read everything about the content of the show in a previous article Tarzan The Encounter . Now it is a suprise that the first preformance will be at the end of April when most of the 20th anniversary entertainment is rolling for a while and that they will miss the Press Event , the Official Opening of the Season , the birthday itself (12 April) and a very bussy period the holidays of Easter. The last preformance will be in september , its almost sure it will end along with the summer entertainment. Now to fresh up the memories here's a video of this truly amazing show wich has been running for a couple of seasons .

In the masterplan for Disney Village , a new restaurant opened on the 1st of June 2011 :

Earl of Sandwich - The World's Greatest Hot Sandwich

This brandnew restaurant is a great addition to the Disney Village . Earl Of Sandwich is located where the carrousel used to be . Due the place isn't very good to make alot of profit (when you walk starting the entrance of DV , it's the last restaurant you''ll see) the place has an fantastic view over Lake Disney and the MacDonalds/ Disney Village Parking .

It's one of the cheapest places to eat when you're in Disney Village , here's the menu of the Disneyland Paris 's Earl of Sandwich ! You can eat your sandwiches between 8:30 and 23:00 (8:30 AM / 11 PM)

Important : When you order you're meal you'll get a macine with your ticket , you just can return to your table when the machine makes noises , vibrates and lights up your order is ready and you can pick it up ! So don't wait at the counter (exept if you'll get a sandwich on the go)
